SMOKED SALMON PASTA SALAD 
8 oz. sm. shell pasta
8 oz. smoked salmon, cut in 1/2" strips
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, sliced & cut in quarters
1 sm. white boiling onion, sliced in thin rings
4 green onions, thinly sliced, including green part
2 tbsp. drained capers
1 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayo
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & freshly ground pepper

Cook pasta in boiling water until tender, drain and cool.

Combine all ingredients, refrigerate in air tight container 1 or 2 days. At serving time test for additional salt or pepper. May substitute scallop or prawns. Serves 6.
