Substitute Worcestershire sauce for the soy sauce. Much better flavor!

Used on 3 t-bones so I adjusted the recipe. Very flavorful but very salty. I will add less soy sauce next time and perhaps marinate for shorter amount (marinated about 3 hours this time).

Very yummy! I didn't even need to use steak sauce. Cooking it for 15 minutes made the steak well done. So I will cook it for less time next time. Though I would use this again.

I use this recipe everytime I serve New York, T Bones. I add more minced garlic (for the garlic lovers) and I grill the steaks.. This is an amazing marinade, I also put the marinade on for several hours and it really brings out the favor. One of my top favorite marinades. Great job Irene thanks for sharing

I substituted the Olive Oil with Italian dressing and went with indirect heat grilling on charcoal and apple wood chips. It really brought it up a notch.

I marinated for only 45 min and it tasted fantastic. However, I used "less sodium" soy sauce, and it still tasted a little salty. Overall, fantastic marinade. Thank you!

This is a great recipe. I have served this recipe to many people and the all have only good things to say about it. I have done the same marinade for beef kabobs and it worked great as well. I prefer to make it on the bbq but the oven works well too.
Thanks Irene for this delicious marinade.mmmmhhhhhhh

We used the recipe for our Mother's Day steak dinner and they were awesome. My wife said they were some of the best steaks she ever tasted. We used the marinade for 1.5 hours and cooked them on the grill. Great results, very delicious. Thank you very much.
