HERBED NEW POTATOES 
1 1/2 lbs. new potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste

Pare a 1-inch strip around center of each potato. Cover potatoes, and cook in boiling salted water 25 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over potatoes, coating thoroughly. Yield: 6 servings.
