HERBED POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 med. baking potatoes
2 med. onions, thinly sliced & cut in half crosswise

Melt butter in saucepan. Add celery and cook until tender over medium heat. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Make 1/2 inch slices crosswise in potatoes, cutting about 2/3 of way through. Place each potato on a piece of heavy duty foil large enough to wrap potato.

Drizzle half of herb-butter mixture into slits. Insert a half slice of onion into each slit. Drizzle with remaining herb butter. Bring edges of foil together and seal securely with a double fold. Grill potatoes until tender, 45- 60 minutes. Serves 4.
