HOMEMADE PEACH ICE CREAM | |
2 lb. fresh peaches, pitted, skins removed 2 c. sugar 4 eggs (wash in soapy water and rinse) 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cans Pet (evaporated) milk Put sugar, eggs, vanilla, and 1 can of milk in blender; mix well. Then pour in ice cream container. Add can of milk and whole milk to fill. Ice and ice cream salt to freeze. |
