EASY CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up
2 c. instant rice
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can mushroom gravy
1 can English peas
Pepper to taste

Combine rice, soup, gravy, peas and black pepper; pour into large flat casserole dish. Layer chicken on top. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
