EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 stick butter, melted 2 c. quick rice 4 chicken breasts, boneless, cut into strips Mix soups, butter and rice together. Put in large cake pan or casserole. Lay chicken pieces on top. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and paprika. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 or 3 hours. |
