EASY CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. meat, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. water
salt and pepper, to taste
1 c. Minute rice
1 small can chow mein noodles (add last)

Brown meat and add the rest of the ingredients (sans noodles). Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Add the chow mein noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.
