CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cans chicken with rice soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. soy sauce
Chow mein noodles

Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain off excess fat. Pour water on rice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir. Cook for another 30 minutes. Serve with chow mein noodles.
