EASY CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 chickens, cut up
1 onion, sliced
1 c. raw rice
1 1/2 c. Sweet and Sour Duck Sauce
1 c. water

Spread onions on bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour rice on top of onions, followed by water. Place chicken pieces on top. Pour Duck Sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
