TEX MEX DIP 
3 ripe avocadoes
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 bunch green onion, chopped including top
2 sm. cans chopped black olives
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 diced tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans jalapeno bean dip (by Frito)

Mash avocadoes. Add lemon juice and salt. Set aside. In new bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning. In large casserole dish. Spread 2 cans of bean dip on bottom. Spread mashed avocadoes on top. Then sprinkle chopped green onion, tomatoes and olives. Top with 8 oz. of shredded Cheddar cheese.
