SALSA 
2 dozen plum (Italian) tomatoes
8-10 jalapeno peppers (or to taste)
6 spring onions, including greens
1 c. chopped cilantro (in produce section, near parsley)
3 Italian peppers
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne (or to taste)

Chop all vegetables (very fine) and combine; add vinegar, sugar, salt and cayenne. Serve immediately or chill. Serve with corn tortilla chips (Tostitos white corn tortilla chips are very good.)
