BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or 1 broccoli, 1 cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook vegetables at boiling slow, drain well, mix the rest of the ingredients together, then add the vegetable. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put in shallow buttered dish. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers or saltines. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes for large casseroles or a little less time for smaller dishes. Use less salt if saltines are used.
