BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen broccoli
1 box frozen cauliflower
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs

Cook vegetables and drain. In saucepan, melt half of the butter. Blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper. Add milk. Cook stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Reduce heat. Blend in cream cheese until smooth. Place vegetables in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour sauce mixture over vegetables. Top with cheese. Melt remaining butter. Toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle atop casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through (40 to 50 minutes).
