1 sm. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 sm. pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked minute rice
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Remove lid from Cheez Whiz and microwave for 30 seconds. Place ingredients in casserole dish. Pour melted cheese over and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
