BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. bunch (3 stalks) broccoli, cut in bite pieces
1 lg. head cauliflower, cut in bite pieces
3 med. onions, sliced

Boil all 3 separately for 15 minutes (until just done). Drain well. Put in large 13x9 greased casserole.

CREAM SAUCE:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 lg. cream cheese cut in bite sizes, melt in cream sauce

Toss gently with vegetables. Top with 1 cup shredded sharp cheese, buttered bread crumbs. Bake open 30 minutes or until bubbly.
