BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
20 oz. bag frozen broccoli-cauliflower
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Cook vegetables slightly until tender crisp. Combine with other ingredients. Bake in casserole dish at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Top with bread crumbs, cracker crumbs, croutons, or canned onion rings before serving.
