BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER & CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower
1 can French's fried onions
Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

CHEESE SAUCE:

2 cups milk
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese

In saucepan, heat milk then add cheddar cubes. Heat and stir until cheese is completely melted.

In medium size casserole dish, arrange broccoli florets and cauliflower evenly.

Sprinkle french fried onions across top of broccoli and cauliflower.

Pour cheese sauce over all. Make sure that there is enough sauce to almost cover everything. If not prep and add more sauce as needed.

Bake in 375°F oven for 30 minutes. Check that cheese is bubbling.

Cover casserole with a healthy coating of Parmesan cheese.

Return casserole to oven. Bake 10 minutes more or until Parmesan has integrated into cheese sauce and is just beginning to brown. Enjoy!!!
