BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER & CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. partially cooled fresh broccoli and cauliflower or use 20 oz. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 1/2 c. chopped fully cooked ham
1 (11 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. firm butter
2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese

Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in a 9 inch squash ungreased baking pan. Sprinkle with ham. Beat soup and milk until smooth; pour over ham. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
