EGG & HAM CASSEROLE 
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. cheese, cubed
2 c. ham, cubed
1 pkg. broccoli, cooked according to pkg., drained

Put bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Then put ham, broccoli and cheese on top of bread. Mix and pour first 3 ingredients on top of everything. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes in 325 degree oven, glass pan; 350 degrees for aluminum pan. Serves 6 to 8.
