EGG/HAM CASSEROLE 
12 hard boiled eggs
2 c. cubed ham
1/4 c. green pepper
2 green onions
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
Paprika

Put cubed ham on bottom of 9 x 13 pan, then cubed eggs. Saute green pepper and onion. Melt butter in pan, add flour, slowly add milk and stir until thick, white sauce. Add green onions and peppers to sauce, pour over egg/ham mixture. Top with cheddar cheese. Then top with bread crumbs. Season with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
