SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. diced onion Mix all together. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter which has been mixed together. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
