WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 (6 oz.) box long grain wild rice mix

Cook according to directions. 1 1/2 c. chopped celery, parboiled 1/2 c. chopped onion, parboiled 1 can mushroom soup 1 (3 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained, reserve liquid 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, reserve liquid 1/4 c. soy sauce 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Add water to reserved liquid to make one cup. Put into 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with melted butter and bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
