This is a wonderful recipe with good flavor profiles. I added some onion powder and a little bit of caraway seeds as well as some tender crisp cooked celery. It cooked well but I cut it in large pieces, Japanese style. But overall, this is very good. The basil and thyme work together well and my family loved it. Thanks for posting this recipe. We will use it again, many times.
