BRUNCH SPECIAL 
1 box croutons
1 1/2 lb. sausage, ham or Spam
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
12 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
Dash of dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk

Beat eggs and add milk. Mix in rest of ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Let stand in refrigerator overnight and bake in morning. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

Mix 1/4 cup milk and 1 can cream of mushroom soup which has been heated and pour over top. Enjoy!
