1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Make a 2-layer chocolate cake according to package directions. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Put one layer of cake in a torte dish. Add half of chocolate pudding and Cool Whip. Repeat. Serve within the hour or wait and add top layer of Cool Whip just before serving.
