1 stick butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
12.3 oz. pkg. Crispix cereal
2 c. 10X sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chips. Pour over cereal in large bowl. Mix well and add to 1 cup 10X sugar in large bag and shake well. Add second cup of 10X sugar and shake again. A great snack.
