CORNMEAL PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornmeal
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until firm, about 35 to 45 minutes.
