CORN BREAD PIE 
1 1/4 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
Bell pepper & jalapeno (to suit taste)
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can of water
1 can whole corn, drained
1 pkg. corn bread mix

Brown meat lightly in skillet with onions and peppers. Add all other ingredients except corn bread mix. Simmer about 20 minutes. Pour into casserole bowl. Mix corn bread mix and spoon over meat mixture. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees about 20 minutes or until bread is golden brown. This is good with pinto beans.
