PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 can pumpkin, not pie filling
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 deep dish 9 inch pastry shell

Combine eggs and pumpkin. Blend in sugars, salt, and spices. Add milk and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
