STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. hot sausage
8 oz. cream cheese

Thoroughly was mushrooms in hot water and remove stems for stuffing. Rinse in cold water and drain underside down on paper towel. Saute sausage in skillet. Drain all grease and blend in cream cheese with sausage in hot skillet. Stuff mixture into mushrooms. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes in preheated oven at 325 degrees. Remove and enjoy.
