STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
16 lg. mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. zucchini, chopped
5 green onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Remove stems from mushrooms. Slice stems.

2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet. Saute mushroom caps gently for 1-2 minutes. Remove.

3. Add remaining butter, zucchini, onions, garlic, seasoning and reserved sliced stems. Saute for 3-5 minutes. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Top each with a little cheese (Cheddar or any choice of cheese). Run under broiler until cheese melts. Serve warm.
