STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
18 lg. mushrooms
3 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
Salt & freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Separate mushroom stems from caps and arrange caps in prepared baking dish. Chop stems finely and transfer to large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture into caps, mounding slightly. Bake until tender, about 20 minutes.
