CHRIS' STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
20 lg. fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. minced green onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of sherry
Parmesan
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Chop stems and brown in butter and onion. Add worcestershire and sherry. Cook down and cool. Add breadcrumbs and cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until tender.
