CORN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
Saute 1 onion, bell pepper (amount you want) in 1 stick butter. Mix in 2 cans cream style corn, 1 small box Minute rice or 2 cups cooked rice, 1 small jar pimento, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt to taste and 1 beaten egg. Mix all with the onion mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. When take out cover with grated cheese. Half of this recipe makes nice size casserole.
