MICROWAVE FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
"or" 2 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
2/3 c. crunchy peanut butter

1. Place sugar, marshmallows and evaporated milk in a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 4 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Stir at 1 and 2 minutes.

2. Stir in butterscotch (or chocolate if using 2 - 12 ounce chocolate instead of butterscotch) until melted.

3. Spread in greased 12x8 inch baking dish.

4. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a medium (microwave) bowl. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until melted. Stir at one minute.

5. Spread chocolate mixture over butterscotch (or chocolate) mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
