2 c. sugar 3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips "or" 2 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips 2/3 c. crunchy peanut butter 1. Place sugar, marshmallows and evaporated milk in a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 4 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Stir at 1 and 2 minutes. 2. Stir in butterscotch (or chocolate if using 2 - 12 ounce chocolate instead of butterscotch) until melted. 3. Spread in greased 12x8 inch baking dish. 4. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a medium (microwave) bowl. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until melted. Stir at one minute. 5. Spread chocolate mixture over butterscotch (or chocolate) mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. |
