MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. (1, 5 oz. can) evaporated milk
Nuts optional
2 c. (1, 12 oz. pkg.) chocolate chips
2 c. (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large microwaveable bowl. Cook 8 minutes, stirring often. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla until dissolved. Pour into a large 9 x 13 inch greased rectangle pan. Cool until hard.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
