MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (5 1/3 oz. or 2/3 c.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, butter and milk in a 2 quart glass bowl. Microwave full power, uncovered, 4 1/2 to 5 minutes, stirring once. Microwave, full power, uncovered, another 5 minutes. With a mixer blend in the chocolate chips and marshmallow creme until smooth. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased 12"x8" baking dish. Cool until set. Cut.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
