2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Place milk, sugar and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir every minute. Stir in remaining ingredients until marshmallows and chips are melted. Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Refrigerate. Cut into squares. Makes 16 squares.
