DIET CHICKEN DISH 
1 lb. cooked chicken, cut in sm. pieces
1 onion, sliced & cooked
1/2 green pepper, sliced thin & cooked
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. chicken bouillon
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 c. crushed tomatoes

Mix all ingredients together and put in greased baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
