PORK BARBECUES 
fresh boneless ham pork roast
3 tbsp. pork drippings
12 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chili sauce
6 tbsp. cider vinegar
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Roast pork, slice and set aside.

Combine ingredients; add sliced pork roast and simmer 30 minutes. Serve on buns with relish.

Relish:

1 c. grated cabbage
1/2 c. pickle relish
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and let marinate.

This is the recipe used for the Ice Cream Social Barbecues, only we used 325 pounds of pork!
