PORK BBQ'S 
3-4 c. cut up leftover pork
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. + 1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In 2 quart saucepan, combine pork with all other ingredients. Cover with water to within 1 inch of pork. Cover with lid and bring to a boil. Stir and turn down heat to simmer. Cook 1 - 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, checking water and adding if necessary to keep plenty of sauce.

As meat softens, shred apart with a chopping motion of a metal utensil. When meat is soft and shredded, allow sauce to thicken as desired. Serve on hamburger buns.
