SALAD DRESSING 
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
4 pkts. Equal
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

In a 2 cup glass measure combine cornstarch, paprika, dry mustard, onion powder, white pepper and garlic powder. Add water, stir until mixture is smooth. Add vinegar, mix well. Microwave on high (100%) for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, whisking twice. Stir in Equal until dissolved. Slowly add oil, in a thin stream, to vinegar mixture whisking constantly. Cover and store in refrigerator up to a week. Whisk again before serving. Yield: 3/4 cup (1 tablespoon = 23 calories). Diabetic exchange: free.
