CREAMED CARROTS 
2 lbs. carrots, sliced
1/4 lb. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
Cracker crumbs

Cook carrots until tender, combine with cream of celery soup and cream cheese. Place in a casserole dish, cover with cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
