CREAMED ONIONS AND CARROTS 
1/4 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. cooked carrots
1 lb. sm. white onions, cooked

Cook celery in butter until tender. Add soup and sour cream. Cut carrots in 2" pieces and slice down the middle. Add cooked carrots and onions to mixture. Heat and stir a little. This is really good.
