MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 jar marshmallow cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar, butter and add eggs and vanilla mix. Add flour, cocoa, soda, salt, nuts and coconut. Mix well. Spread in greased, floured cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Spread with marshmallow cream - top with frosting.

FROSTING:

1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together - until smooth - cover marshmallow cream on cake.
