PETER PAUL MOUND CAKE 
CAKE LAYERS:

1 box devils food cake mix
3 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Buttermilk

FROSTING:

1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
20 lg. marshmallows
1 lb. pkg. coconut

Substitute buttermilk for amount of water indicated on package. Mix all ingredients together and bake in 3 (8 or 9 inch) cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until layers spring back when touched.

FROSTING:

Stir milk and sugar together in boiler. Bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Turn to low heat, add marshmallows, when melted stir in coconut. Pour over cake layers.
