TRINITY RIVER MUD CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar, white
1 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

Mix eggs and sugar on high speed 5 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients, except cream. Combine the 2 mixtures and mix well. Bake in greased and floured pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread marshmallow creme over cake. Frost while cake is still warm.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Spread carefully over marshmallow creme cut in 36 small squares. Very rich.
