MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour, unsifted
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow topping frosting

FROSTING:

Mix together 2 cups confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1/4 cup softened butter, 1/4 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Blend well and spread over cake.
