POPPY SEED CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green onion
15 oz. canned tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. poppy seed

In a large skillet, cook the turkey, onion, and green pepper until meat is not pink and vegetables are tender. Drain liquid. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook noodles and drain. Add yogurt and poppy seeds to noodles. Layer 3/4 of noodles in 9x13 inch baking dish. Spoon meat mixture over noodles. Layer remaining noodles in center of meat mixture. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover. Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Serves 8.
